Kefirwala’s Shipping, Returns and Warranty policies.

Shipping of kefir grains across India:

We ship kefir grains all across India and to a limited extent, Nepal.

By default, we include shipping prices in the product price. DTDC is our primary shipping Partner. We also use other services like Trackon and Franch Express where they offer speedier service. Our typical shipping time is 3-5 days. Customers can choose a faster option (like next day delivery) at an extra cost. If customers prefer a specific courier service, we will try our best to accommodate and all additional costs will have to be borne by the customers for such cases. We deal with all such issues on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping of Ready to drink kefirs.

Our ready to drink line is currently available only within Bangalore. Shipping is always excluded from teh price of the product. These products can be picked up for free fom our location or we can ship it to your doorstep at actual cost. We use Dunzo, Telyport, Borzo and Porter as our shipping partners.

Returns

We do not take returns under any conditions. All sales are final.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any reason once we ship the grains.

Warranty

We offer a limited one-year warranty on all grains. The warranty is effective from the date you receive them from us. We offer up to 3 replacement units for the grains on a like to like basis. For example, if you buy milk kefir grains, we can only replace with milk kefir grains. Shipping will be charged for replacements.

The shipping cost will be as per below:

Metro Cities: 200 (Delhi, Mumbai and Chennai)

Rest of North India: 180

East India: 200

South India: 120-150.
